<aside> 2️⃣ Application Review

<aside> 3️⃣ Result Announcement - **4 to 6 weeks after your form submission.

• If participation is confirmed, confirmation and payment information emails will be sent individually

<aside> 4️⃣ Payment

• Deposit a down payment within a week of receiving a confirmation email for participation
• If payment is not made within the given period, participation confirmation is automatically canceled

</aside>

*Application can be closed earlier than the period mentioned above, when all booths are full.

*BIF’s schedule(result announcement, down payment deadline, etc.) and SIF’s schedules are different.
