The Seoul Illustration Fair vol.15 Terms and Conditions

Any Individuals, companies and organizations who wish to participate in the exhibition must agree to this participation Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of the application, SIF considers that applicants agree and accept to participation Terms and Conditions.

Article 1 (Definition of Terms)

1. ‘Applicant’ refers to an individual, company, institution or group which has submitted their application form.
2. ‘Participant’ refers to the exhibitors, such as an individual, company, institution or group which has paid their participation fee within 7 days of their participation invoice.
3. ‘Fair (Exhibition)’ refers to ‘Seoul Illustration Fair vol.14’ organized by ‘Organizer’.
4. ‘Organizer’ refers to OC MAKERS.
5. ‘Individual Artist Booth’ refers to participant who is individual artists.
6. ‘Team Artist Booth’ refers to participant who is a team consisted with more than 2 individual artists.
7. ‘Company Booth’ refers to participant who is a company/group/organization qualified as defined in paragraph 4 of Article 2 in this Terms and Conditions.
8. ‘Secondary Work’ refers to a work that is produced/translated/arranged/varied/modified/video-produced from an original work.

Article 2 (Qualifications)

1. Any individual or group, company and organization who is engaged in creative activities in the field of illustration, picture book, graphic design, independence publishing or related fields can participate.
2. Participant is only allowed to participate in the creation of themselves or their members (for team artist booth) and in the case of a company, only products or services in possession or proprietary imports of the company.
3. Individual and Team artists are eligible to participate in cases of a) an individual artist who is acting as individual and b) team consisted with more than 2 artists.
4. Organization, group, school/university or company is only allowed to participate with Company booth.
